1. Who we are
IndirecMedia.com ("InDirec", "we") provides AI-assisted image and video generation for commercial creative work. Contact: advancedaidevelopment@gmail.com.
2. Payments & billing
Paid subscriptions are billed by IndirecMedia.com as the seller of record, with payment processing by Stripe — your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled via the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
3. Credits
Generations consume credits. Credits granted to your account never expire and are not withdrawn when a subscription ends. Consumed credits are non-refundable; an unused subscription charge is refundable on request within 14 days. If a generation fails, its reserved credits are automatically released — you are not charged for failed runs.
4. Your content
You own the media you generate, to the maximum extent permitted by the licenses of the underlying models. You are responsible for the prompts and reference images you submit and must hold the necessary rights to them.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, depicts real persons deceptively without consent, or violates the acceptable-use terms of our model providers. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Service & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Generation output quality and availability depend on third-party model providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
