1. What we collect
Account data (email, name, sign-in identifiers), your prompts and uploaded reference images, generated media, credit and billing records, and basic operational logs (timestamps, job status, IP for abuse prevention). We operate as IndirecMedia.com; contact advancedaidevelopment@gmail.com.
2. How it's used
To run generations, deliver your media, maintain your credit balance, prevent abuse, and provide support. We don't sell personal data and we don't use your content to train models.
3. Processors
Payments: Stripe (they process card data; we never see it). Media storage and delivery: Cloudflare R2. Model inference: fal.ai (your prompts and reference images are sent there to run generations). Prompt assistance: Anthropic (prompt text only, when you use the assistant). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
4. Cookies & sessions
We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Retention & your rights
Your account, media, and ledger persist while your account exists. Email advancedaidevelopment@gmail.com to request export or deletion of your account and its data; we'll complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to records we must keep for tax and fraud-prevention purposes.
